Appam to Fabric
Admist the chaos of the pandamic, I was craving the comforting embrace of familiarity. Appam, is a broad term that refers to a range of dishes prepared using rice-flour and is a culinary staple in Kerala. Documenting the process of making appam was a wonderful bonding experience with my mother during uncertain times, reflecting how simple traditions connect people.
